| | No Rest for the Wicked: A great mix-up of all the well known fairy-tales. Very postmodernist. So funny. It needs no more recommendation, believe me.
| Soul-d: What do you do to become a rock musician? Sell your soul, of course. I really like something about the main character, though I'm not sure what exactly it is.
 | Airshell: A story about a sensitive boy in a distant future. I won't say anything about the art because it makes me sick. Of envy. Check for yourselves, it's surely worth it.
 | Demonology 101: A beautiful epic story with original art. Recommended especially to Buffy fans but not only. Now it's complete with over 700 pages. If that isn't impressive I don't know what is. One of my first online comics ever.
 | Ice: Another work by the same author. The art is really mature here and the coloring is great. The title reveals that it's about cold but it's also about neoVictorianism, rebelious ladies with dreadlocks and thugs as if taken out of Gaiman. Well, Faith is a guarantee of a good story.
 | Secret of Mana Theater: Flash, sprites and saving the world, a great fun to read and watch. I greatly enjoy the humor, the world, the characters... Heck, all of it.
 | Flatwood: I generally look for unique things but this is unique even in the unique category. This didn't make an awful lot of sense but believe me, few comics have such stunning, somewhat nightmarish atmosphere. Also, the author is a Dylan fan so I like him already.
 | Angel Moxie: I'd hate to say it but it's really, um, cute. Synopsis? "It's magic, monsters and junior high." And pretty much it is, in a charming, funny package. And you really want to stroke that cat. Now complete.
 | Van Von Hunter: Speaking of funny, I believe this is one of the most amusing webcomics I've come across. It virtually kept me laughing. The authors have great ideas and personally I think it's the best way to make use of all the fantasy cliches.
 | The Noob: I've never played one online game but it doesn't make this comic any less funny. I especially adore role playing jokes, maybe because my feelings about it are somewhat similar to Ohforf's. Well, I've always found people who talk of themselves in third person creepy. *smiles apologetically*:D
 | Cascadia: A grand-scale classical adventure comic with handsome characters, some impressive backgrounds and constantly maturing artstyle.
 | Grand Blue Door: It's like one of those children's stories from the turn of the last century: you know, "Huck Finn," "Anne of Green Gables" and so on. Only it has a vampire and a harpy (and I guess more is to come). It's really charming and still you feel some dread in the air. Lovely. But on hiatus for a long time.
 | Return To Sender: A thing which makes you happy that you've found it but on endless hiatus. The story has all the usual elements, magic, monsters and such, but remains truly original (maybe it has to do with that spooky mail slot). The characters are slightly insane but I love them all the same.
 | Sinfest: Quite chauvinistic, quite blasphemous and really funny. Personally, I like the metaphysical thread most. Also, the update is [um, was once] impressively regular.
 | Alien Loves Predator: Well, it is... weirdish. But in a positive way and it will surely make you laugh. Even if you don't know much about New York, aliens or predators, I'm pretty certain that won't matter at all.
 | Battlegate: Can there be a more inappropriate task for an ambitious, sturdy soldier than nursing a brattish boy? Perhaps, but this is pretty bad too. An interesting storyline and coloring which makes me think of crayon drawings.
 | Harker: A story full of exciting Victorian spookiness. Also, my favorite kind of writing: using well-known motifs but with a twist.
 | Penny&Aggie: Interesting for those who like high school stories about girls. I do. Though I'm not sure which of the girls irritates me more:]
 | Skirting Danger: A hilarious story about a wannabe superhero with a twisted fashion sense. It has good art and really likeable characters. Unfortunately, currently on hiatus.
 | The Amazing Cynicalman: Not every superhero can be famous and succesful. This one's not. Though with such a name he definitely should, if you ask me. Pay attention to the art style. (Warning: Subscription needed.)

| And here's the place where once I told you there were no more comics because I'm choosy. Now that the list is so long it wouldn't make much sense. Hey, it's not my fault there are so many good comics.
